We have established a Support Centre capable of providing support both 9-5 and 24x7, as many clients require service for such critical applications around the clock. The Support Centre has a sophisticated management package for tracking and reporting on all faults and incidents.
The services now offered by the Support Centre have expanded outside just support for our own applications. We can provide clients with full IT support arangements to ensure their system and network continues to function at the highest level. Such contract can be individually tailored to meet the clients need. This has great benefit to the clients in that without having to employ an army of IT specialists, they have access to the latest knowledge on a wide range of business products. |
