System Analysis and System Design:

Device Staging:
Device staging is a process which tests all MDTs for any faults which, if any, are isolated and replaced. The device is also configured after software installation is completed. If required, an asset label is affixed to the device and its corresponding serial number captured in a file.
Wireless LAN Services:
Services under this category includes RF site surveys using tools such as Air-Magnet to establish the total number and locations of Access Ports required in a warehouse, factory floor, carpeted areas such as offices or any retail store which needs to be wirelessly enabled. A written report is presented depicting the locations where the Access Ports are to be installed.
Mobility Management Software Installation and Training:
Wave link AMC is a powerful portable device management tool. The software allows users to remotely manage, configure and support MDTs wirelessly and remotely. The services include installation of Wave link software at the customer site and commission of the same. Training in its use follows.
