Trans-Save is a sophisticated framework which encompasses and integrates real time information about Assets and Resources to drive workflow and actions based on specific response rules in case of an emergency.It has a modular structure tailored to fulfill customers' specific needs.
Features:
- Built on Open Standards and has Web Interface for client access either through I-Pads/Androids or Windows Tablets using a client or a web browser.
- GPS / GPRS technology with GIS interface for real-time tracking of all Vehicles, Personnel and Assets along-with graphical display of their position on a map.
- Trans Save system provides information about the vehicle including time, day, GPS coordinates, direction, speed, distance travelled, etc. and is updated on real-time basis.
- CTI connectivity through API or web services.
- Integrates locally available legally valid maps based on GIS for the Emergency Response operations as well as Responders.
- Approval & Escalation workflows for the dispatch.
- Dispatcher will be able to make decision based on skills sets, vicinity of responders to the incidence and tools/assets required to attend the emergency.
- Configurable Rules Engine built in as per the agreed requirements which will be tailored around nature of emergency, ambulance, skill sets of Responder or any other parameter specified.
- All parameters related to patient win this course of time are recorded and transmitted to ERC via GPRS/3G connection.
- Interface to the Police systems/Paramedical system and other systems like Weather RSS feeds.
- Incident mapping – mapping module integrated with call taking, to ensure incident location can be mapped, (Local map database integration)
- Resource Database – Roster management for Personnel and Vehicles based on operation
- Confirm call success and procedural compliance and close the emergency call.
